List quantitative promotions
Returns every quantitative promotion defined on this instance. Promotions are configured in Winshop and applied automatically when a price is resolved; these endpoints read that configuration. Requires `Permissions.Promotions.View`.

AuthorizationBearer <token>OAuth 2.0 client credentials. Obtain a client id/secret from Winshop support ([email protected]), then POST to the token URL.
