List TSG promotions
Returns every TSG promotion defined on this instance. Promotions are configured in Winshop and applied automatically when a price is resolved; these endpoints read that configuration. Requires `Permissions.Promotions.View`.
List TSG promotion headers
Returns the header rows of the TSG promotions — id and name only — for filling a picker without loading each promotion's full definition. Requires `Permissions.Promotions.View`.
